OIT Teacher Gang - Just thought I'd remind all of you fine people of the excellent work you do. I am regularly proud of the education and skills I received while studying under you. The vast majority of my OIT friends have high paying jobs that they love, while most of my non OIT friends are excited to break $10 an hour. I have no problem telling people that if they want a school that will push them hard, and give them real skills that employers want to go to OIT. (I also tell them that if they want to party and skip class that the UO might be the school for them.) I'm currently employed by a grain mill! I've written this massive database driven internal use website that manages their production, lab, shipping, receiving, maintenance, sanitation... It's huge. I'm the ONLY person on the project. Research, design, implementation, testing, rollout, training, bugfixing... all me. SQL 2000 on Win2k3, PHP4 for the front end with C# COM components for the networking or number crunching work.
